#Knots_from_the_book_on_the_roof. From sketch to implementation
This section presents some of the components described in the literature from the "Double-lock standing seam technology" series and implemented by metal roofers.
Node name:
Swedish scupper in the inner corner of the roof
Detailed description of the node:
From Book 1 "Double-lock standing seam technology. Pipes and penetrations"
Volume 3. Formation of an additinal surface at the rear wall of the pipe to drain water. Cricket.
Section "Cricket on two sides at the rear wall of the pipe.
Method 5. The method of forming the abutment detail from the ckricket on two sides "in a fold". The method is distinguished by the fprmation the detail of the abutment with a cricket on two sides from one solid workpriece. To do this, a transverse fold is laid on the surface of the part. Simultaneously with the fold on the surface of the part, triangular segments of the chute on two sides are farmed. Due to the reversal of the lines of formation of the fold, bends are formed on the surface of the part.
It is characterized by the ease of forming the part and the absence of a seam along the watershead line of the cricket.
